## What We Do

GEO Engine scores websites across three precision tiers to determine how well they
are retrieved, cited, and referenced by large language models (LLMs).

## Scoring Tiers

- **Tier 1 — Technical Accessibility** (60 pts): Rule-based checks for LLM crawlability.
  Evaluates robots.txt bot permissions, JavaScript rendering fallback, heading hierarchy,
  structured data (Schema.org), meta descriptions, and canonical URLs.

- **Tier 2 — Content Quality** (50 pts): AI-powered analysis of stand-alone page clarity
  and information gain per page. Each page is scored independently for quotability.

- **Tier 3 — GEO Metrics** (40 pts): Domain-level evaluation of share of voice across LLMs,
  sentiment, citation depth, content freshness, and NAP consistency.

## Readiness Bands

- GEO Ready: 80–100
- Improving:  60–79
- Needs Work: 40–59
- Critical:   0–39
